Her Story: My name is Viki, and I'm 26. I was born in Jacksonville, FL. on April 4, making me a) an Aries and b) a Florida native. After a jaunt across the state through my youth and four years in Snellville, GA. (everybody's somebody in Snellville), I've settled here in Tampa, FL. Currently I share a house with my mom, a lab/pit mix named Madison, a lab/...something small and hyper mix named Murphy, a French-lop rabbit named Lily, and a Holland Lop named Potter.
I currently work in medical billing, doing collections for doctors around the country. It's a pretty new position, and I've got to admit, it's something new and different. Most importantly, I work with a great bunch of people who I already care a lot about. Previous jobs I've held include Sears, PetsMart, and the Disney Reservations Center.
My ultimate goal is to be a writer. I admittedly write too much fanfiction for my own good, mostly based on Harry Potter, Doctor Who, or my RPGs. I won't be writing the next great American novel any time soon, but I've got a pretty good grasp on dialogue, character development, plot, and grammar. I post at fanfiction.net pretty regularly, my own fiction journal, and various fic challenges at LJ. There's nothing better than the overwhelming attack of a muse, putting their thoughts, fears, and emotions on to paper.
